Mobile e-commerce traffic is increasing rapidly, but mobile sales are not developing at the same rate.
Time to realize that responsive design does not deliver sales as expected in the mobile channel. The main reason is that responsive design only tries to squeeze a PC design into a smaller screen and does not utilize the 3 unique advantages of mobile/touch devices: very visual, intuitive, and tactile.
Based on these 3 advantages Touchize has developed a genuine "Mobile First" user interface product - Touchize Commerce. This product is based on a drag & drop interface that gives the consumer an easier and faster way to buy products, just like in a physical store.
Touchize Commerce provides:
- The mobile consumer with a simpler and faster shopping experience.
- The e-merchant with more customers going to checkout, with more products in the basket and larger sales sum. All proven in A/B tests and statistics from existing customers.
"Feeling is believing" The easiest way to experience the Touchize Commerce product is to take your mobile or tablet (not available on PC) and go to the demo shop:
Drag products to and from the basket. Buy products directly from banners and experience next generation of mobile shopping first hand.
The Touchize Commerce product is implemented on top of an existing e-commerce platform as an Add-On and utilizes the functionality that the existing platform already has. This means that it is fast, cheap and easy to implement Touchize Commerce.
Touchize Commerce integration can be delivered either on-site or as a cloud solution. The core product, the Touchize Commerce client is delivered via a CDN solution.
This architecture means that Touchize Commerce is prepared for global roll-out.
Touchize is privately owned by a small group with experience from retail, IT and finance. The operational core team consists of:
