Speakers & Agenda

How do I submit a speaker and topic suggestion?

Please click here to submit a speaker and topic suggestion. Before you submit, we suggest you look through our preliminary 2018 Agenda Overview. Although there is no formal deadline for speaking requests, we strongly recommend submitting them as early as possible.

I submitted a proposal to speak, but I haven’t heard from anyone at Groceryshop. Was it accepted?

When you submitted your proposal, you should have received an immediate email with a confirmation number. If you received this, the Content Team has your proposal in hand and will be in contact as soon as a decision is made regarding your submission. Please note that this process can take up to 2-3 months. There is no need to follow up.

I or someone from my company has been confirmed as a speaker, what do I need to do next?

For any questions regarding speaker logistics (e.g. confirming date and time of session, submitting bio and headshot, etc.) please contact Bridget Runge at bridget@groceryshop.com.

Where can I find a copy of the current agenda?

The final Groceryshop agenda will be posted on our website closer to the event. In the meantime, please check out our agenda here.

How do a submit an application for an entire panel or a case study with a client?

Groceryshop does not use the session format where we 1) have others assemble entire panels on our behalf, or 2) pair solution providers and their brand or retailer clients on stage. Instead, we evaluate each speaker individually, so you would need to submit separate applications for the solution provider and the retailer--just note they would not be put on the same session. For entire panels, submit each speaker separately. They will be assessed individually rather than as a group.
